This notice explains what personal data DeterMin collects through determin.fi, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

Only what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, your company, your work email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss and deliver analytical services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us, and where a project follows, the performance of a contract.
Your message reaches the DeterMin team by email. This website is hosted on Webflow and our email runs on Microsoft 365, so your data is processed on their infrastructure under their data processing terms. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship is active and for up to three years after the last contact, then deleted. Records tied to a signed contract are kept for as long as accounting and contract law requires.
Our providers may process data outside the EU and EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to info@determin.fi and we will respond within one month. If our response does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
